    The location is great, close to a big mall and good transportation options. The hotel room was very comfortable, with super nice beds and showers, and the breakfast was one of the best we have ever had at a hotel. The staff is amazing all around, especially Milena at the reception, who helped us a lot during three different stays we had. They have taxis right outside that are part of the hotel, always safe, always helpful. We ended up doing short trips outside of Bogotá with them for a very good price and service, especially Nelson.

    Beautiful hotel and location is very good. Great staff, very helpful. Loved the 24 hr room service. Loved that they have a laundry, spa, gym and 2 restaurants on site. There is everything you need.
