You’re on Carrera 10a, which means you can walk to some seriously good coffee shops and restaurants that most visitors never discover. The tree-lined streets around Quinta Camacho have this almost European feel, and I mean that in the best way possible. It’s quiet enough that you’ll actually sleep well, but you’re still close enough to Zona Rosa that a quick taxi ride gets you into the thick of things when you want it.

The Room Experience

The rooms at this four-star property are thoughtfully designed — and I don’t say that lightly. Each room feels like someone actually considered how you’d live in the space, not just sleep in it. The beds are genuinely comfortable (you know how hit-or-miss that can be), and the bathrooms are modern without being sterile. What really impressed me was the attention to lighting — there are actually enough outlets where you need them, and the windows let in plenty of natural light during the day.

Neighborhood Dining

You don’t need to venture far for excellent food, which is honestly a relief after a long day of exploring. While the hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant, the surrounding area more than makes up for it. There’s this little place around the corner that serves incredible arepas, and if you’re into specialty coffee (and in Colombia, why wouldn’t you be?), you’ll find some of the city’s best roasters within walking distance. The staff actually knows the neighborhood well enough to point you toward places that aren’t just tourist traps.

The 9.3 rating makes perfect sense once you’ve stayed here — it’s the kind of place that gets the details right without making a big show of it. Parking is available, which anyone who’s tried to navigate Bogotá by car will appreciate. But honestly, the location is so well-connected that you might not even need it. Couples especially seem to love this spot, and I can see why — there’s something romantic about staying in a quieter residential area while still being connected to everything the city offers. It strikes that perfect balance between feeling like you’re experiencing authentic Bogotá while having all the comforts you actually want in a hotel.

  The accommodation was the best one we've stayed at in Colombia – incredibly clean, very friendly staff, delicious breakfast and very spacious rooms. The accommodation is situated in a safe and very quiet neighbourhood and was easily accessible by public transport as well as taxis/Ubers. We arrived very late, but that was not an issue, as the accommodation has 24/7 check-ins as well as a portier at the front gate.

  A very modern, stylish and still very warm place. It's placed in a calm but still very hip area. The service was in top and the breakfast great. The room felt like a small apartment. We will definitely recommend.

  The hotel is in a great location. It's close to the cafes, restaurants, and shopping areas in Chapinero. It is also a five-minute walk from one of the major Transmilenio stations that will take you to La Candelaria in 30 minutes. The room itself was spotless, well laid out with varied seating, and had a lot of storage. The kitchenette is great, although I only stayed two nights and did not need to cook while I was there.
