  It is conveniently located, close to many restaurants and bus stops. The apartment was spacious and clean with a nice balcony (although we didn't use as often as we wished because it rained a lot while we were there). The people who work there are very sweet and helpful. The breakfast was better than expected – somehow, it hasn't gotten good reviews. It may not be outstanding, but it is definitely more than just serviceable.

  I have loved my stay here. The rooms are well equipped, comfortable, quiet, and immaculately clean. The WiFi works perfectly. Breakfast is excellent: wide-range of choices, perfectly prepared with daily menu changes for the cooked option. The hotel quickly becomes a home because of the truly outstanding (very hard working) staff. Christian and his reception team (Geoffrey – excellent!), Carlos and his housekeeping colleagues, and the brilliant breakfast room team (chef and waiting staff). They all exceeded expectations and represented Colombia exquisitely. This frequent global traveller extended his stay, will return in January and will not tire of recommending this hotel.

  Breakfast was very good with attentive staff! We will measure future hotel stays that offer breakfast against this high standard. Keeping the food hot does seem to be a challenge though. The large apartment was nice!

  Location was great. The 2 bedroom/2 bath suite was perfect for our family (Parents, 2 boys) – the second room had 2 single beds which was great for the boys. Full kitchenette including fridge/freezer with ice maker. Clean and spacious living space.
