  Hotel is very well located, it has a Carulla supermarket about one block away, and Unicentro Mall is 10 min. by taxi. Very near to the Zona Rosa and Andino Mall. Also, If you plan to take any certification at the Centro ColomboAmericano, this hotel is your BEST choice since the hotel is located at a 5 min. walk.

  The staff is friendly and professional. Loved the bed and cushion. The toiletries smell great. I liked the breakfast there was enough choices to choose from. The surroundings is safe and there is always someone at the entrance of the hotel to open and close the door. I felt super safe. Lots of restaurant and supermarkets close-by. I booked tours and the hotel was on their list for pick up.

  This is probably my 4th time staying at this hotel. The employees and staff members are all great people and super nice. They were able to answer any and all questions. The breakfast buffet was fresh and excellent as always. The hotel itself including the rooms and dining area were sparkly clean and with daily room service. The hotel is surrounded by several stores, restaurants, coffee shops, atm's, etc.
