The Room Experience

My room was what I’d call thoughtfully designed — not huge, but everything had its place and the layout actually made sense. The bed was genuinely comfortable (you know how hotel beds can be hit or miss), and I appreciated the blackout curtains because Bogotá’s early morning light can be intense. The bathroom was modern and well-maintained, though nothing fancy — just solid, reliable amenities that work properly. What I really liked was the attention to details like good lighting for reading and enough outlets in useful places.

The American-style breakfast was better than expected — I’ll be honest, I was a bit skeptical at first because you’re in Colombia, why not go local? But they do it well, with quality ingredients and proper coffee (which, let’s face it, is crucial in coffee country). The restaurant area has nice natural light, and the service during breakfast was efficient without feeling rushed. It’s the kind of meal that sets you up properly for a day of exploring the city.

  The staff was very friendly and always helping when needed. Being a female solo traveler they made me feel comfortable. The person at front desk would always assist me with transportation and telling me where to go. I ate mostly at the restaurant located there.

  Everything!! The facilities are great, the location is super handy and safe, the rooms are very comfortable, the breakfast delicious, and the staff are amazing!! Special shout-outs go to Antonio for the delicious breakfasts, Luis for his can-do approach, and to my favorite, Andrea, who is a really valuable asset to the hotel, a lot of knowledge, and has a fantastic attitude towards helping, facilitating and making guests feel Comfortable. Kudos to all.

  The staff are so helpful, nothing is too much. They helped me with laundry and printing off a bus ticket and providing a lamp for my room so I could adjust the brightness as overheads are too harsh for me. The rooms are uniquely decorated and the showed lovely and hot 🙂

  Very stylish, modern, super clean and very comfortable place to stay. Bed and especially the pillow was super comfortable! The room has a very nice design, very spacious. Shower very nice with hot water. There is a buffet breakfast, there are not many options but it was perfect! I only spent one night but felt extremely comfortable and would have loved to stay longer!
