  Diana was a great help with the booking. The staff is constantly vigilant and attentive to the needs of residents. The apartment comes with a 24/7 reception. The location is central and close to the historical – La Candeleria. The amenities in the facility exceed expectations. There are three rooftop areas (1 designed for pets) in the apartment that give the apartment complex an upscale city vibe. The apartment complex comes with three spacious and highly fast elevators. The internet is reliable. The rooms are clean, ventilated, and residents have access to free cable. The carpet outside of the rooms is constantly vacuumed. The stove has four eyes along with an oven, so it feels like you're at home while traveling. There is a gym facility on site as well. Another feature that the apartment includes are the different community events that are free to attend. All in all, the apartment is amazing. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone for their next travels.

  I very rarely give a top 10 rating to hotels I've stayed in, but this aparthotel in the center of Bogota is a rare exception. Modern high-rise building with 24-hour security, 24 hour reception, everything is absolutely new, clean. This is a real luxury residential complex with superbly equipped apartments.

  When I arrived they give me a studio,about 20 square meters,much smaller than my reservation.(My reservation is a five-bedroom superior apartment.)And the studio they give me (apartment number 204)has a kind of smell,I know that smell is toxic.After I told them about these they give me a four-bedroom apartment(503) (it is not my reservation),I have to accept because I have paid.When I came out I made a mark so that if the staff came into My apartment I will know.after I came back the mark changed obviously ,their staff came into my apartment and put formic acid in my apartment.the second time I came out they came into my apartment again and pour formic acid in my milk,pour formic acid and toxic chemicals in my gloves(which I used to do laundry).
  The management are really not professional.
  They are not good people.
