Best Western Plus 93 Park Hotel Overview

First Impressions

Walking into Best Western Plus 93 Park Hotel, you immediately get that feeling of being somewhere special without the stuffiness that often comes with five-star properties. The lobby has this modern elegance that feels welcoming rather than intimidating — honestly, it’s the kind of place where you can tell they’ve put thought into every detail. What really struck me was how the staff seemed genuinely happy to see guests, not just going through the motions you sometimes get at luxury hotels.

Location & Neighborhood

You know what’s brilliant about this place? It sits right in Chapinero, specifically in the Zona Rosa area around Parque de la 93, which locals will tell you is absolutely the best part of Bogotá to stay in. I mean, you’re literally steps away from some of the city’s best restaurants and nightlife, but the hotel itself feels like a quiet retreat from all the action. The fact that couples rate the location so highly (I heard it’s around 9.5) makes total sense — you can walk to dinner, grab coffee at trendy spots, and still feel like you’re in a sophisticated neighborhood rather than a tourist trap.

The Room Experience

The room itself was honestly better than I expected, and I’ve stayed in quite a few places around South America. The beds — and this isn’t just marketing speak — are genuinely some of the most comfortable I’ve encountered in Colombia. There’s something about the way they’ve set up the space that feels both luxurious and livable, with enough storage and workspace that you don’t feel like you’re camping out of a suitcase. The views vary depending on which floor you’re on, but even the city-facing rooms give you a nice sense of being connected to Bogotá’s energy.

Dining & Amenities

Breakfast here is actually worth getting up for — they do a proper buffet that goes way beyond the usual continental spread. I was surprised by the variety of local options alongside international favorites, and the coffee (which, let’s be honest, is crucial in Colombia) was consistently excellent. The restaurant area has this relaxed atmosphere where you can linger over your meal without feeling rushed. Plus, having free parking in this part of the city is honestly a game-changer if you’re planning to explore beyond Bogotá — most places charge a fortune for it or don’t offer it at all.

Why Guests Love It

What really sets this place apart is how many people come back — there’s clearly something they’re doing right when guests choose to return rather than try somewhere new. I think it’s the combination of being in the absolute best location in the city while maintaining that personal touch that makes you feel looked after rather than just processed. The luxury here feels approachable and genuine, not like they’re trying too hard to impress you with over-the-top amenities you’ll never use.

The concierge service in Bogota arranges helicopter flyovers of Monserrate, chef-hosted coffee cuppings, and VIP access to street art studios.

Reviews of Best Western Plus 93 Park Hotel

  • Andrea from Italy (9/10)

Very nice hotel, with excellent staff!

  • Scarlet from Dominican Republic (9/10)

Best Western Plus 93 Park Hotel was not our first choice upon arriving in Bogotá, but after a very bad experience at another hotel on the same street, we decided to move here, and it was a blessing. From the very beginning, the staff made us feel welcome; they are lovely, always attentive, and mindful of every detail.

The hotel has good facilities: a pleasant terrace, gym, and breakfast included. However, the weak point is the food; the breakfast menu is not very varied or particularly delicious. Even so, the team’s service makes up for any shortcomings.

We especially want to highlight the kindness of Elias, who was always willing to guide us during our stay. Thank you for making our experience unforgettable!
