Apt estudio calle97301 Overview

First Impressions

Walking into Apt estudio calle97301, you immediately get that “local living” vibe rather than the typical hotel experience. It’s tucked away on a residential street in Barrios Unidos, and honestly, that’s part of its charm. The building itself feels authentically Bogotá — no fancy lobby or doorman, just a straightforward apartment setup that puts you right into the rhythm of the neighborhood. I mean, this three-star spot isn’t trying to be something it’s not, and that authenticity really works in its favor.

Location & Neighborhood

Here’s where Apt estudio calle97301 really shines — the location is genuinely fantastic. Couples especially seem to love it here (they’ve rated the location 9.7, which is pretty impressive), and I can see why. You’re in Barrios Unidos, which gives you that perfect balance of being residential enough to feel like you’re living in Bogotá, but connected enough to get around easily. The area has this nice local energy with cafés and small shops within walking distance. What I really appreciate is how you can grab groceries nearby and actually cook if you want to — something you don’t always get with hotel stays.

The Space

The studio setup is compact but well thought out. You know what struck me? Everything you need is there without feeling cramped. The kitchen area is small but functional — perfect for making coffee in the morning or preparing a simple meal with ingredients from the local markets. The sleeping area feels separate enough from the living space, even though it’s technically all one room. Storage is adequate, though you’ll want to pack light. The whole place has this clean, minimalist feel that works well for short stays.

Practical Considerations

WiFi works reliably (always a concern when you’re staying in residential buildings), and the hot water is consistent — two things that can make or break an apartment stay. The building is quiet, which surprised me given that you’re still very much in the city. Parking isn’t included, but honestly, you probably won’t need a car from this location anyway. The host is responsive, though communication is primarily in Spanish, so brush up on your basics or have a translation app ready. Check-in is straightforward once you figure out the building entrance.

Why Guests Love It

That 8.6 rating makes sense when you experience the place firsthand. It’s not about upscale amenities or room service — it’s about having a genuine base in Bogotá that doesn’t feel touristy. The location really is the star here, and recent guests consistently mention how easy it is to explore the city from this spot. You get the independence of having your own space, the authenticity of staying in a real neighborhood, and the convenience of being well-connected to the rest of Bogotá. For travelers who want to experience the city like a local rather than being isolated in a hotel bubble, Apt estudio calle97301 delivers exactly what you’re looking for.

Apartments in Bogota suit remote teams with floor-to-ceiling windows, security lobbies, and on-site barista bars.
