  The reception and security staff were helpful from the start. Taking the trouble to book us taxis on the DiDI app (similar to Uber). David Martinez the Administrator was also was very helpful. Thank you. The facilities are very new with a smart TV and WiFi. Writing desk. Adequate cooking facilities. We initially only had one chair but were given another for the desk when we asked. In the basement there is a fully equipped launderette ( takes notes not coins so does not give change). Everyone we met was very polite and helpful which is common in Colombia. There are some very good restaurants nearby, particularly Las Cazuelas de la Abuela in the next street over (Cl 59 #9 -16) just go through the Centro Comercial Aquarium. D1 is a handy small supermarket further along (Cla 59 #10-31).
