Muy buena ubicación, cerca de atracciones turísticas del centro histórico de la ciudad. Muy buena vista de la ciudad y es muy seguro el lugar.

La ubicación está cerca al Planetario, Museo Nacional, al respaldo hay centro comercial, se llega fácilmente a pie a esos puntos y la percibo como una zona segura. La vista a la ciudad es espectacular, se puede ver Monserrate, y casi todos los edificios importantes.
